ENZOY TOURS – GENERAL - TERMS & CONDITIONS

On Time: (Punctuality)

  • All the tours begins on time.

  • Late arrivals of guests are discouraged.

  • Tour will begin and will not have extended wait time unless we have been contacted and requested.

  • No wait time of more than 15 minutes, as it will affects the scheduled trip.

 

Travel Conditions:

  • Tours may be altered or cancelled; full refunds issued if no alternative is available.

  • Minimum of 2 passengers required for Private, Premium and Special Interest tours.

  • Minimum of 6 passengers required for Group tours.

  • Vehicles may differ if we have only minimum passengers.

  • Enzoy Tours is not responsible for personal loss, injury, or damage.

  • No refunds for unused tour portions or any attractions.

 

Languages:

  • Guides provide English commentary.

  • Other languages available upon request, subject to availability, and may incur extra fees.

 

Health & Safety:

  • Tours have inherent risks, please go through the health & safety measures and precautions before accepting these risks.

  • Inform Enzoy Tours of any health issues before booking.

  • Enzoy Tours may cancel tours if health issues pose a risk.

 

Pricing:

  • Prices are in NZD including 15% GST.

  • Full payment required for overnight tours at booking.

  • All payments have to be made via online, or through Retail Travel Agents, or Online Travel Agents.

  • Paying cash is highly discouraged.

 

Included in Price:

  • Guided tours for certain attractions.

  • Snacks, and bottled water.

  • Fuel and Road User Charges.

  • Driver Guide.

  • Admission fees for planned activities. (Note: For some attractions, participants may have to pay directly. Additional or optional attractions, can be either paid through Enzoy Tours or directly to the attraction or activity provider)

 

Children’s Fares:

  • Children aged 4-14 pay children's rates.

  • Children 14 and under must travel with an adult (18+).

  • Infants under 4 may travel free or at a discount price.

 

Payment Methods:

  • Payment via our online booking system.

  • Payments through Retail or Online Travel Agents.

  • Bank Transfer to Enzoy Tours Limited.

  • No EFTPOS services.

Pricing Policy & Payment Terms:

  • All prices mentioned are in New Zealand dollars (NZ$) and include 15% GST (Good and Service Tax).

  • For Private / Premium / Special and Group tours if minimum numbers are not met, extra charge may apply. Alternatively tour can be cancelled, with an option to re-book or get full amount refunded.

  • Full payment to be made before tour commences.

 

Cancellation Policy for Bookings Less than 48 hours:

  • Less than 48 hours prior to the trip: No refund.

 

Cancellation Policy for Private / Premium / Special / Group - Day Tours:

  • $25 minimum cancellation fee for online bookings.

  • 7 or more days prior to the trip: Full refund.

  • $25 fees for booking changes 7+ days before travel.

  • 7 days - 48 hours before travel: 25% - 50% of the fare.

  • Less than 48 hours prior to the trip: No refund.

 

Cancellation Policy for Private / Premium / Special / Group - Multi-Day Tours:

  • $50 minimum cancellation fee for online bookings.

  • 45 or more days prior to the trip: Full refund.

  • 30 to 44 days prior to the trip: up to  50% refund

  • $50 fee for booking changes 30 days before travel.

  • 15 to 29 days prior to the trip: up to  25% refund.

  • Less than 14 days prior to the trip: No refund.

 

Cancellation due to weather conditions:

If a tour needs to be canceled due to weather conditions, the typical process involves:

Notification: All participants will be notified as soon as possible. This can be done via email, phone calls, or text messages.

Refunds or Rescheduling: Offering a full refund or an option to reschedule the tour for another date. This depends on the attractions availability and the preferences of the participants.

Safety Assessment: Best decision will be made based on safety assessments and weather forecasts from reliable sources.

Alternative Activities: If feasible, Enzoy Tours may offer alternative indoor activities or destinations that are not affected by the weather, its up to the discretion of the participants to accept it or request a refund.

 

Luggage Policy:

  • For private and premium tours, hand luggage that can be stowed in the boot.

  • For special tours – if any gears required we will arrange the tow truck.

  • For group tours – if required we will arrange the tow truck, 2 pieces of checked luggage per person (max 25 kg each).

  • Carry-on luggage is the passenger’s responsibility.

  • Enzoy Tours is not responsible for any loss or damage to the luggage.

 

Photos & Videos - Image Usage:

  • Enzoy Tours may use passenger images for marketing purposes.

  • Passengers can request access, deny, and/or correction of their images in writings.
